Argentina have defeated Ireland in the final match of Pool D at the Rugby World Cup 2007. Argentina will now face Scotland int he quarter finals. France will play against New Zealand in the quarter finals after their victory over Georgia.

Argentina have announced their 22 man squad that will take on Ireland in their Rugby World Cup 2007 Final Pool D match on Sunday. France have destroyed Ireland in their Rugby World Cup clash at the Stade de France on Friday evening. Both teams were under tremendous pressure to play well, but it was France who produced the goods in front of a 80,000 maximum capacity crowd.

Ireland have announced their 15 man starting lineup to take on The Lelos of Georgia on Saturday the 15th of September. Ireland are currently sitting on a maximum of 5 points and will be hoping to gain another 5 from their clash with Georgia, as only two teams will qualify from Pool D.
Ireland head coach Eddie O’Sullivan has named a strong side for the match at the Chaban-Delmas this Saturday.

Ireland have managed to defeat Namibia at the Stade-Chaban Delmas earlier this evening. The men from Namibia looked as though they might have been able to bring the game back at one stage.
The game started with Ireland taking the lead from an early try from Irish captain O’Driscoll, Ireland had a half time score lead of 20-3.
