Argentina Los Pumas have defeated France in the Rugby World Cup 2007 Bronze Final this evening. The game begun with an awkward atmosphere, with both teams not really wanting to be in the stadium, but neither side was ready to lose. France were denied 3 tries in the opening 20 minutes by ironically a match referee from New Zealand. Argentina took control over the game from the 27th minute, with a try and conversion by Contepomi. Argentina are the winners of the Bronze position at the Rugby World Cup 2007, with the Rugby World Cup Final happening tomorrow night.

Argentina have announced their 15 man squad for Argentina Vs France Rugby World Cup 2007 bronze play-off match which will take place this Friday, 19 October. The team which is victorious in Argentina Vs France will be awarded third place at the Rugby World Cup 2007.
