Match Summary: By far the closest game of the Rugby World Cup 2007. Italy refused to give up but it was Scotland who managed to win. The game was won by Scotland on penalties alone. A dramatic penalty kick was given to Italy in the last 2 minutes with the score at 16-18, however David Bortolussi, with his superb kicking all game missed the most vital kick. Scotland have qualified as runners up from Pool C in the Rugby World Cup 2007.
