The Sharks have defeated the Blue Bulls in the Currie Cup final at King’s Park, Durban. The match lived up to the all hype around it and was very intense throughout the full 80 minutes.
The importance of the match was clearly visible on the field, with both teams were playing their hearts out for victory, and the final score stands as testament to that. The first points on the scoreboard came only after 24 minutes. The Sharks Vs Bulls Currie cup final was truly a match to remember.

The Grand Finale of the Tri Nations 2008 Rugby tournament took place today and New Zealand have taken the winning spot. The All Blacks played an amazing match against Australia and had to come back from behind to win the match. The full time scoreboard had a result of: New Zealand 28-24 Australia. A fully-packed stadium in Brisbane was treated to a spectacular show of world class rugby, which produced amazing rugby highlights.
A late try Australian player Cross in the 77th minute was not enough to hold back New Zealand being named as the winners of the Tri Nations 2008. The final result was extremely close, and fans will be happy with what they got from this match. South Africa have silenced critics this weekend after they crushed Australia with a final score of 53-8 to the men in green.
South Africa put on a great display of rugby which not only shocked the Australians, but their South African fans. Australia managed to defeat the Rugby World Cup Champions on their home soil in the Tri Nations clash earlier today.
This is the first win for Australia on South African soil since 2000, and their first away win in the Tri-Nations since 2001. But for the Rugby World Cup Champions, South Africa have now received to consecutive losses in a row on home soil.
The new coach Peter de Villiers is definately going to be pointed at for the Springboks poor performance in their last two games of the Tri-Nations 2008.
Rugby highlights from the match were nothing special, as Australia totally outclasses the Springboks in this one. Fortunately for South Africa, they managed to get some points on the board.

New Zealand crushed Australia at Auckland yesterday in the most breath-taking show of the Tri Nations 2008.
The All Blacks have recently come under plenty of critism, especially after their loss against South Africa, but they have now silenced critics after their stellar performance.
The All Blacks went back to their fundamentals, and worked on their entire game plan - this was very obvious throughout the match, and now Rugby fans will be looking very hard to get Tri Nations final tickets 2008 as the competition is fast coming to a close.
